Warrant
A warrant is an Option over an equity interest in a company, that will be exercisable once defined circumstances arise.
Warranty
A warranty is a statement of fact, usually contained in investment documents, that gives contractual assurances from founders and their company to investors as to the state of the company and its business. We have an article on the discloure and warranty process.
